- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup coconut milk
- (little ground cinnamon (not necessary))
Directions: Place the bananas and coconut milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top when serving (not necessary).
Results: Creamy and comforting drink.
Notes: Kahai used half water / half coconut milk to make it lighter, and it was still thick and delicious.
